Responsibilities of the Director of Credit Risk Analytics and Modeling:
- Lead and oversee credit risk analytics and modeling function, driving innovation and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data collection and model development strategies, leveraging advanced technologies.
- Develop and implement robust credit risk models, utilizing advanced analytics techniques.
- Produce automated model outputs, such as credit scores and provisions, for risk managers and finance teams.
- Generate performance reports and visualizations to evaluate model behavior and effectiveness.
- Manage portfolio monitoring activities, including reporting, analysis, and stress testing.
- Provide timely and accurate management information (MI) reports on credit portfolios.
- Collaborate closely with the finance department on budget planning and regulatory compliance.
Requirements Director of Credit Risk Analytics and Modeling:
- Experience in credit risk analytics, modeling, and portfolio management.
- Extensive knowledge of credit risks in retail and SME sectors, including credit risk modeling techniques.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and languages.
- Expertise in credit risk management, modeling, regulatory compliance, and stress testing.
