Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Relationship Managers to promote products and services to local corporate clients
- Perform portfolio client management, assessing and mitigating credit and industry risks with appropriate structure and strategy to achieve client goals
- Work alongside the Department Head to set objectives to pursue long-term strategic goals
- Keep up with Head Office/regional topics, and share strategy, policies, and decisions with team members
- Products include transaction banking, MUS, O&D, FX, derivatives, structured trade, structured asset finance, project financing, etc., to provide expertise and value to clients
- Monitor performance credit status of clients
Job Requirements:
- Experience in local Corporate Banking Business
- Experienced in team lead role
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration ability
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills
