Responsibilities for the role:
- Maintaining existing client relationship and being proficient at on-boarding new clients
- Renewing and ensuring contracts are up to date with clients
- Customer meetings for both existing and new clients
- Good market knowledge and insight across macro market dynamics
- Documentation of client following and sales activities
- Good communication with delivery team to ensure satisfactory project delivery
Skills / Attributes required for the role:
- Individual with 6+ year's experience in Sales selling Strategic Research & Market Analytics products
- Prior experience in covering corporate clients, Consumer or Retail sector coverage would be advantageous
- Prior experience at on-boarding and maintaining good client relationships
- Good understanding of customers' needs and requests to provide satisfactory services and solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- London based position but flexibility can be negotiable
