Our client, an established private banking and wealth management firm based in Lugano, Switzerland is seeking to hire a seasoned Senior Private Banker. The successful candidate will have the drive and expertise to grow NNA (Net New Assets) while demonstrating entrepreneurial skills that can enable them to take succeed in a business-development focused role.
Job Summary:
As the new senior banker of our esteemed client's team, you will be responsible for driving growth by leveraging local knowledge and a network in Italy and/or Ticino. You should possess excellent relationship-building skills with a transferable book of clients. Positions open from the Vice President level up to Managing Director level.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop business plans aligned with company goals
* Identify opportunities through effective use of networks & building relationships
* Build rapport with customers using interpersonal communication techniques.
* Meet sales targets whilst maintaining high-quality customer service standards
The ideal candidate must meet these requirements;
1. A bachelor's degree in Finance/Business Administration/Economics from an accredited institution.
2. Experience working as a Wealth Manager/Senior Relationship Manager minimum 10 years' experience required;
3. Transferable book/client base encompassing Ultra / High Net Worth Individuals;
4. Strong knowledge/relationships across the Italian OR Ticino market ;
5. Exceptional analytical capabilities coupled together along strong financial acumen;
6. Previous experience at Vice President Level upwards leading teams towards achieving strategic objectives
