Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to establish dental pricing targets to achieve earnings and objectives
- Design and implement strategies to enhance customer retention
- Work with the product team on product changes
- Review underwriting guidelines to ensure adequate risk control
- Collaborate with other business leaders to forecast fee analysis
Qualifications:
- Dental and Vision Pricing experience
- Managerial experience
- FSA required
- Exposure to predictive analytics a plus
