I am representing a prestigious boutique Investment Bank's Healthcare team who is looking to bring a Healthcare Associate onto the team. The healthcare is newly founded and has had great success given the reputation and caliber of senior bankers. The new hire would have the opportunity to play a crucial role in building the team as well as its success. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to the end-to-end execution of healthcare M&A transactions, including due diligence, financial analysis, and deal structuring.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and risks within the healthcare industry.
- Work closely with senior professionals to prepare pitch materials, offering memorandum, and client presentations.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, healthcare industry professionals, and other key stakeholders.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients based on thorough industry knowledge and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare-focused role.
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in valuation techniques specific to the healthcare sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including trends, regulations, and key players.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
