Presently our recruitment team is working with a Global Real Estate Development Firm, who is seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager for their Industrial Leasing Portfolios. This is a new Industrial Leasing Assistant Manager role, a part of their expansion in the Singapore team.
Responsibilities of the Industrial Leasing Assistant Manager include:
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize rental and occupancy rates within our industrial portfolio.
- Secure new leases, pinpoint market segments and potential tenants, oversee lease renewals, and work closely with property agents.
- Conduct comprehensive market research on competitors and benchmark rental and occupancy costs.
- Address tenancy-related issues, compile occupancy and rental reports, and manage lease-related functions, including budgeting.
- Participate in significant initiatives for business growth to secure potential new tenants and offer assistance in managing leases.
- Approximately 3-8 years experience in leasing.
