You assist within the group "Market Leader" based in the Netherlands and in particular Market Leader Tech with identifying and managing its IT and Continuity risks. You are expected to be able to substantively advise and 'challenge' Management regarding its (IT and Continuity) risks, that you assist the ORM / IRM teammates with advice and assistance, that you are able to identify the risks in IT systems and applications, and that you proactively propose and develop initiatives for improvements, create support among stakeholders and can implement these in the organization.
As a specialist in the field of cybercrime, you will actively help to keep the bank's digital payment channels safe by:
- Collaborate with your colleagues on the bank's digital channels in the Netherlands such as internet banking and mobile banking
- To provide this business with insight into developments in cybercrime
- Challenging the business for cybercrime risks;
- Monitor and manage (solutions for) outstanding risks and escalate where necessary;
- Performing risk analyzes and introducing requirements/criteria in change processes. Assess whether these requirements are met during realization;
- Active contact with Market Leader CISO and ML Tech Risk & Security;
Your work environment:
You will work in Amsterdam at the Tribe Non-Financial Risk Management of Market leader Netherlands within the Chapter Information Risk Management as part of the ORM / IRM 'business' squads. IRM focuses on Information Technology and Continuity Risk:
- Information Technology (IT) - is about managing IT Risks within IT Governance, IT Management, and IT Security;
- Operational Resilience - concerns measures to guarantee the availability of Business Services;
- Information Management - is about managing Information (Technology) Risks within the information lifecycle and the use of information by stakeholders.
- Continuity Risk is the risk of financial loss, regulator sanctions or reputation damage from business interruptions (loss of people, processes, systems, data, rights) caused by serious incidents (e.g. natural disasters, infectious diseases, power outages, terrorism).
We are looking for an enthusiastic and enterprising specialist who finds his energy in continuously challenging the business to reduce risks in the field of cybercrime.
- You approach employees, managers, and board members yourself to advise them or to ask for feedback on risks and developments in the field of cybercrime. You are able to serve multiple large and complex areas of interest
- You are aware of the developments within your area of โโattention and are seen as the expert and business partner in that area. Your drive is to be the authority in this area within ING.
- You are analytical and know how to translate these analyzes into the business. You are persistent and check whether measures have actually been implemented and are working.
- You have knowledge of banking products and processes, IT / Internet, and related fraud and security aspects. You are flexible, you can work well in an agile environment and you take responsibility for what you do.
