Position: Investment Banking Associate - Industrials & Business Services

Our client, a leading mid-market Investment Bank, who are looking for an IB Associate to join their Industrials & Business Services team in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support client engagements.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive presentations and pitch materials.
- Assist in the execution of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
- Perform industry research and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior bankers to develop client relationships and manage transaction processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
- 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, preferably within the Industrials & Business Services sectors.
- Previous experience withing M&A, ECM, Corporate Broking, Coverage.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
