Title: Investment Banking Associate (Remote)
Location: Remote
Our client, a specialty boutique investment bank is looking for an Associate to join their firm. This remote opportunity will offer exposure to middle market M&A and Capital Raising.
The role will involve the following:
- Preparing and delivering presentation materials
- Performing extensive valuation, due-diligence, and pricing analysis
- Interfacing with clients and buyers
- Representing the firm at industry events
- Working on a lean deal execution team
- Playing key role in all aspects of M&A and Capital Raising processes
Requirements:
- Previous Investment Banking or Transaction Advisory experience
- Excellent interpersonal skill set
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced yet collaborative environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, Word, & Powerpoint
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Math, or Economics
