Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including valuation, cash flow modeling, and scenario analysis to support restructuring transactions
- Develop detailed financial models to assess the impact of various restructuring strategies and assist in the formulation of client presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute restructuring deals, including due diligence, drafting offering memos and supporting negotiations
- Conduct industry and market research to identify potential opportunities and risks for clients undergoing restructuring processes
- Assist i mentoring and guiding junior team members, providing support and expertise to foster professional growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking Restructuring role
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuations techniques, and proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
- Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, bankruptcy codes, and restructuring strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
