The team is looking for a highly experienced and motivated individual to join the team. As a Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the firm's growth strategy, cultivating relationships, and leading deal execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of investment banking professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure optimal performance and career development
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand the firm's client base, identify new business opportunities, and enhance revenue generation
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, including corporate executives, entrepreneurs, private equity firms, and institutional investors
- Oversee the end to end deal process, including origination, structuring, negotiation, due diligence, and transaction execution for M&A, capital raising, and other financial advisory services
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of investment banking experience with a proven record of success
- Deep industry experience in Technology
