Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in the technology, media, and telecom (TMT) sector
- Strong understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques used in the TMT sector
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Description:
As a TMT First Year Associate, you will:
- Conduct industry research and analysis
- Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, equity and debt issuance's, and other corporate finance transactions
- Develop financial models to analyze company projections or potential transactions
- Prepare presentation materials for use in client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, capital markets activity, and general corporate finance advice
- Work closely with senior team members and clients
