Investor Relations Associate

The team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Investor Relations Associate. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships with the team's investors and ensuring effective communication between the firm and its stakeholders.
Investor Relations Associate Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and support.
- Proactively anticipate and address client needs, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Portfolio Support:
- Collaborate with investment teams to understand client portfolios and investment strategies.
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding portfolio performance, market trends, and relevant updates.
Onboarding:
- Guide investors t through the onboarding process
- Prepare and complete onboarding materials
Issue Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve client/investors inquiries and issues promptly, maintaining a high standard of service excellence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve any operational or technical challenges.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and distribute regular reports to clients, offering insights into their portfolios and performance.
- Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Investor Relations Associate Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in investor relations, client services, or a related role within the real estate or financial industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate investment principles and financial concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with investor relations software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
