We currently have an opportunity for an Investor Relations Associate/Senior Associate at a Leading $10+Bn AUM Private Equity Firm. The role will be hybrid in-person based in NYC.
Role Highlights: As a Senior/Associate in Investor Relations, you will play a pivotal role in the firm's continued success. You'll be responsible for answering investor requests and questionnaires, ensuring investors are well-informed and satisfied. Simultaneously, you'll actively participate in capital raising activities, engaging with potential investors, and contributing to the growth of AUM.
Responsibilities:
- Expertly Handle Investor Queries: Be the point of contact for investor requests, demonstrating in-depth knowledge about funds, strategies, and market insights.
- Craft Compelling Responses: Create articulate and tailored responses to investor questionnaires, showcasing expertise.
- Capital Raising: Collaborate with the capital raising team, actively engaging with potential investors, participating in roadshows, and contributing to the growth of investor base.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential investors, ensuring they are well-informed about investment opportunities.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in investor relations, ideally within a private equity or asset management setting.
- Strong understanding of private equity financial concepts and investment strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, supporting each other's efforts to achieve common goals.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to take the lead in investor interactions, showcasing our firm's strengths and opportunities.
