Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end technical support for clients on all aspects related to their platform usage
- Troubleshoot issues with hardware/software applications and escalate where necessary
- Collaborate closely with team members across multiple functions such as development, network operations, etc.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Degree or equivalent certification in relevant field(s)
- Experience working within the Infrastructure Technology sector is preferred but not essential
- Strong analytical skills; ability to quickly diagnose problems/issues that may arise while using different technologies/platforms
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
This position will be based in Chicago, 5 days in office.
