Our client, a leading technology investment bank, is looking for an M&A Associate/VP - Generalist to join their teams in Frankfurt/Berlin/Hamburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on M&A transactions in a variety of sectors, with a focus on the German market.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting financial analysis and modelling
- Preparing presentations and other client materials
- Conducting due diligence and research
- Participating in client meetings
- Coordinating with internal teams and external advisors
Skills:
- 3-7 years of experience in M&A
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in German and English
