The ideal candidate will have experience working within Investment Banking within the TMT sector.
Qualifications & Skills
The successful applicant should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Fluency (written/spoken) in both English and French languages.
- At least two years' experience as an M&A Analyst preferably with exposure to TMT(Technology, Media & Telecommunications).
-Knowledge of financial modelling, valuation techniques including DCF analysis would be advantageous
-A strong track record of supporting deal executions across all phases - origination/ pitching , due diligence execution etc...
Responsibilities
In this role;
-Conduct industry research on potential acquisition targets while also keeping up-to-date on relevant market trends.
-Assist senior members during negotiations by conducting detailed valuations using various methodologies including discounted cash flow models(DCFs)
-Present recommendations through comprehensive reports that include strategic rationales supported by thorough data analytics
