* 0-2 years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting preferred (not mandatory)
* Fluency in English and Korean is a must, both written and verbal
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills supported by good reasoning in formulating investment and problem solving views
* Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and handle multiple assignments effectively
* Strong team orientation and communication skills to work effectively with any team member
