This is a well-respected investment firm with a strong track record of success. The firm is known for its long-term investment horizon, sector focus, and collaborative approach with its portfolio companies. Their investment focus is on a few select sectors, including business services, healthcare, and industrial.
Most applicable applicants will have had a majority of their buy-side career spent viewing lower middle market deals.
Requirements:
- Years of Experience: ~10 years of experience within private equity
- Must have started a career in investment banking
- Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting)
- Deal Quarterback experience
- Strong Excel modeling skills required
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and organizational skills; strong oral and written communication
