Rates Sales Associate for Nordics!
Are you an experienced sales professional looking to grow your career in the finance industry? We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our clients team as a Rates Sales Associate, focusing on institutional clients from Nordic countries. This is an exciting opportunity based in Madrid.
Responsibilities:
-Developing relationships with institutional clients from Nordic countries
-Selling short-term interest rate products
-Managing flow and linear rates business
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or higher education level required
-Minimum 3 years experience working within sales sector related to finance
-Knowledgeable about financial markets & specifically Short term interest rates (STR)
-Familiarity selling STR Products
-Able to work well under pressure
Skills Required:
-Demonstrated ability in maintaining client relationship management skills.
-Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets consistently.
-Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal; fluency English language mandatory along with any other Nordic languages would be plus point
