Your Role
- Development of a sales plan for the designated target market/audience (DACH)
- Generate revenue by spearheading your assigned region, identifying and creating new business relationships as well as generating new business within existing relationships.
- Initiate and drive the sales cycle from first contact through to closing of the deal.
- Able to liaise with the relevant internal marketing, sales engineering and inside sales team to develop and close business opportunities
- Continuously develop sales processes, shortening cycles, improving pricing and meeting assigned annual sales quotas consistently
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently
- Be a leading sales figure within a global, successful SaaS, technology solution provider
- Help to further build the firms brand & awareness to further help generate quality leads and sales opportunity
- Liase/collaborate with relevant management and internal teams to close out large, enterprise level deals
The Requirements
- German fluent
- Based in the region OR open to relocating
- Experience covering the DACH region (5+ years)
- Management experience is a large plus
- Exposure or past experience selling into the banking space
- Top level presentation ability
- A strong sales track record (preferably including large, multi-million, sales targets or deals)
- Confident in negotiations and selling up to C level
- Adaptable, entrepreneurial and customer-focused
