Our client, an Asian international corporate bank in Hong Kong is currently looking to add a professional within the structured finance space. Job description as below:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for origination and execution of transactions including but not limited to, structured finance, project finance, leveraged finance, acquisition finance, etc.
- Maintain and develop new relationships with corporates and financial sponsors within APAC
- Provide bespoke financing solutions in relation to debt financing
- Work closely with other team members on origination and execution of transactions
Requirements:
- Solid education background attained from relevant majors
- Strong experience with proven track record within leveraged finance, structured finance, or other related areas
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English are preferred
