A Managed Services Firm, serving alternative investment clients, is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist. The position is hybrid and is in New York.

- Gather sales data for the company and create forecasts about upcoming data
- Comfortable creating reports, maintaining organized records, and analyzing data
- Make contracts that fulfill both company and customer needs
- Track the sales pipeline and analyze sales analytics
- Identify opportunities for sales process improvement
- 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce required
- Strong communication skills, strategic mindset, ability to analyze sales data
- Ideal candidate has experience in financial services and/or alternative investment industry
