Our client is a leading boutique investment bank in London, who is looking for a Senior Analyst to join their M&A Financial and Business Services team. The team is focused on providing financial and strategic advice to clients in the financial and business services sector. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality M&A advice and support to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to evaluate potential M&A opportunities, including target identification, financial modeling, and due diligence
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and prepare presentations to support clients in their decision-making process
- Collaborate with M&A teams in other regions to provide global coverage
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other key stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory developments to ensure that clients receive the best advice
Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in a leading investment bank or M&A advisory firm
- Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
