- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration in Hong Kong and China.
- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, including institutional investors, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their investment needs and providing tailored equity derivatives solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as traders, product specialists, and research teams, to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to educate clients on equity derivatives products and strategies.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.
- Provide ongoing support and exceptional service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in solution sales, specifically within the equity derivatives market.
- Strong knowledge of equity derivatives products, including options, futures, swaps, and structured products.
- Demonstrated experience in selling to Hong Kong and Chinese clients, with a deep understanding of the local financial markets and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex financial concepts to a diverse audience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential.
