Responsibilities:
Investment memos: Draft comprehensive memos addressing key topics/risks.
Due diligence: Lead commercial due diligence and manage documentation.
Credit analysis: Underwrite investments using collateral-specific credit analyses.
Loan tapes: Evaluate loan tapes for credit analysis.
Financial statement analysis: Expertise in analyzing financial statements.
Data handling: Work fluently with diverse data sets.
Portfolio monitoring: Ensure accurate reporting and performance reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree. 2+ years of experience in structured finance or private credit.
- Strong credit underwriting and accounting knowledge.
- Fintech and specialty finance network would be a plus
- Advanced Excel skills (Alteryx a plus)
