As a Trust Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of trust professionals and providing expert advice to clients on trust structures and related services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of trust professionals, providing leadership and guidance on trust management and related services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives
- Provide expert advice to clients on trust structures and related services
- Prepare and review trust documentation, including trust deeds, resolutions, and other legal documents
- Monitor and review the performance of underlying assets and investments
- Identify and manage potential risks associated with the trust structures
- Keep up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations, and provide guidance to clients and colleagues
- Work closely with other teams, including legal and compliance, to ensure effective delivery of services
Requirements:
- A degree in law, finance, or a related discipline
- At least 10 years of experience in trust management or related services, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
