VC Deep Tech Associate
Introduction:
This Client is a leading impact-led venture capital firm that is dedicated to investing in innovative and breakthrough technologies with $400M AUM. They are looking for a VC Deep Tech Associate to join the team in London, United Kingdom.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on potential investments in deep tech, with a focus on biotech, cleantech, fintech and creative technology
- Support the investment process by preparing investment memos, financial models and presentations
- Attend and participate in meetings with management teams and other stakeholders
- Conduct due diligence on potential investments and prepare reports
- Support the portfolio management team in monitoring and analyzing the performance of investments
- Assist in fundraising activities
Skills:
- Must have Bachelor's degree in Physics or Engineering
- At least 1 year experience in buyside
- Knowledge of venture capital and the deeptech industry
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
