My client is one of the largest Chinese investment bank looking to add to their business. The ideal candidate will have strong working experience and knowledge within DCM especially in convertible bonds.
Responsibilities
- Lead origination, structuring, and execution of DCM related transactions especially within Greater China
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with existing and new or potential clients
- Lead and educate junior team members on execution activities
- Maintain relationship with both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong experience within Debt Capital Markets especially within convertible bonds and government bonds
- Solid education background attained from related disciplines
- Knowledge and experience within DCM transactions across Greater China
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
