Title: Financial Reporting Manager
Location: Dallas, TX
I am partnered with a growing global alternative asset investment firm looking to add to their Financial Reporting team. This person will manage the team who ensures internal and external financing reports are correct and in line with regulations and will also ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure financial statements are in compliance with US GAAP and manage the entire financial reporting process
- Oversee all SEC filing activities including creating and managing the drafting and review process
- Work with key leaders across the business for all transactions that appear in their financial statements and lead multiple presentations to senior executives
- Take point in ensuring efficiency across financial and internal reporting and technical accounting process
Qualifications:
- CPA Certification + Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance
- 7+ years of financial reporting and accounting experience
- In-depth understanding of SEC reporting requirements and US GAAP guidelines
