responsibilities:
- Devlop and maintain compensation and benefit planning tools, such as the incentive compensation planning models
- Maintain Excel models to monitor incentive plan payouts based on P&L forecasts
- Manage administration of incentive compensation process (budgeting, planning, tracking, modeling, delivery)
- Provide strategic insights into management compensation strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of multi-national compensation experience
- Financial services experience preferred
- Advanced experience with modeling for compensation planning (Excel, Access Databases, IBM analytics tools)
