My client is an Asian international securities looking to add a Special Situations VP to their business. Job description is as below:
Responsibilities:
- Origination of primary and off-market transactions including M&A, equity, and credit opportunities in APAC
- Structuring and syndication of investments while arranging financing if necessary
- Seek for internal approval through the appropriate procedures
- Supervise and guide junior bankers in financial modelling, due diligence, and post deal management
Requirements:
- Good academic background with bachelor's or master's degree attained from reputable universities
- Strong experience in relevant space
- Experienced in the management of buyout funds
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
