Located in the vibrant city of The Hague, our KYC Team plays a crucial role in executing Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for both new and existing corporate clients and counterparties. We are seeking an Experienced CDD Analyst to join our team, someone who is passionate about contributing to the integrity and quality of our processes.
Responsibilities:
- CDD Execution:
- Collaborate with sector teams to ensure proper execution of Customer Due Diligence for new and existing transactions.
- Assist, advise, and act as the quality keeper for the CDD execution process.
- Process Improvement:
- Contribute to improving and streamlining the KYC process for corporate clients and counterparties.
- Actively participate in training and education initiatives to enhance the team's capabilities.
- Quality Assurance:
- Maintain a high level of quality assurance in the CDD activities by actively advising and assisting various sectors.
- Ensure proper approval of CDD files.
- Training and Education:
- Facilitate training sessions for team members and sector teams on CDD best practices.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with sector teams, providing insights and recommendations for enhancing the CDD process.
- Act as a key contributor to the integrity awareness within the company.
